Ghana's Flag:The Ghana Flag has 3 colors. The top band of the flag is red wich represents the blood of all the warriors who fought for there independence. The next band is yellow for the countries mineral weath. The last band is green for forests and natural wealth. The black star is said to be he lodestar of African freedom. 
Location:Western Africa, bordering the Gulf of Guinea, between Cote d'Ivoire and Togo. Climate-Tropical; warm and comparatively dry along southeast coast; hot and humid in southwest; hot and dry in north. Terrain- Mostly low plains with dissected plateau in south-central area.

In December 1999, a military coup, the first ever Cote d'Ivoire's in history to over-through a government. And is also known as the "Ivory Coast."
